The use of services provided by SMM-Tasty establishes agreement to these terms. While registering an account our services you confirm by clicking at 'I have read and agreed with Terms of Service' that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and that you agree with all of them. By using the services of SMM-Tasty you always automatically concfirm that you checked the following terms of service for updates, that you have read and fully understood them and that you agree with all of them.
Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately after they are posted on the www.smm-tasty.com/terms website. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, so you are expected to check these terms regularly, before placing orders.
The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts and other services between https://smm-tasty.com/ - hereinafter referred to as ‘SMM-Tasty’ - and you, the customer, - hereinafter referred to as ‘you’ or ‘the customer’:

🥣 SMM-Tasty’s services are not intended for fraudulent purposes or attempts at fraud, which is why SMM-Tasty expressly distances himself from this at this point! By agreeing to these terms of service, you confirm that you do not use the services which are provided by SMM-Tasty for any kind of fraud.
Fraudulent activity, also such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
🥣 You will only use the services provided on smm-tasty.com website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service pages.
🥣 You will only use the SMM-Tasty provides services to promote your or your customer's social media account and help to boost the 'appearance' only.
🥣 SMM-Tasty rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
🥣 The payment resp. refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
🥣 SMM-Tasty does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation SMM-Tasty will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
🥣 SMM-Tasty reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
🥣 SMM-Tasty cannot and does not guarantee that the delivered followers will interact with you and only guarantee that you to get the followers, likes etc. you order and pay for.
🥣 SMM-Tasty cannot and does not guarantee that 100% social media accounts social media accounts resp. users which perform the service(s) you order will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures as SMM-Tasty is not responsible for their user behavior and content.
🥣 You will not upload or promote anything on the SMM-Tasty website including nudity or any material that is not accepted or not suitable in any kind for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or other any Social Media community.
Terms and rules for order processing
🥣 Orders for private set accounts will not a get a refund! Please ensure before ordering that your social media account resp. the social media account from your customer is set to public till the end of the delivery of your ordered service(s).
🥣⚠️ Don’t place multiple orders for the same link at the same time. Please wait until the first order will be completed, canceled or set on partial. Otherwise, no cancellation can be made and the multiple orders might be marked as completed and/or might not deliver you the correct order amount.
In such cases SMM-Tasty is not responsible or liable for a possible loss because of that and you have no right for a financial refund or compensation delivery. So please keep attention! ⚠️
🥣 If you order from a service with a guaranteed refill, please wait in case of drops for SMM-Tasty to refill, cancel or set partial before you place a new order. Otherwise we cannot refill, cancel or partial the order if you order for the same link.
🥣 SMM-Tasty will only refill followers likes etc. in the guaranteed refill period, which were transmitted by SMM-Tastys provided services and not drops of old followers, likes etc. which are not from SMM-Tasty or out of the refill guarantee period. If you don't accept this, please don't order services with guaranteed refill.
🥣 You have to make sure that your or your customer will not change the username of the social media profile during the service delivery, as the URL will become incorrect so that the order amount cannot be fully delivered.
In such cases SMM-Tasty is not responsible or liable for a possible loss because of that and you have no right for a financial refund or compensation delivery. So please keep attention!
🥣 SMM-Tasty’s system is working with a tracking tool, that tracks the start count and marks your orders as completed when your or your customers social media account received the full order amount. With these terms of service you accept this kind of proof of delivery.
🥣 You can check the order status in the order history list of your user account.
🥣 You can contact SMM-Tasty any time by ticket if you have questions or if there are any problems with an order. The service team of SMM-Tasty will try our best to help as fast as possible, in some cases it might take longer to solve a problem.
Disclaimer and legal reference
🥣 SMM-Tasty is in any case not liable for loss, damages or unintentional side effects (for example: accounts suspensions or post deletion) you resp. your business or your customers may suffer.
🥣 SMM-Tasty is not the owner of social media accounts that perform the service(s) you order. Therefore, we have no control over these social media accounts resp. users, their usage behavior and their content. SMM-Tasty is therefore not responsible and not liable for the content, possible copy right violations or any other possible violations of social media accounts resp. users that perform the service(s) you order.
🥣 SMM-Tasty is not liable for any consequences arising from the legal relationship between you, your customers and the operators of the social media sites. Furthermore, SMM-Tasty is not liable for consequences arising from the legal relationship between the operators of the social media sites and you.
🥣 SMM-Tasty expressly states that SMM-Tasty does not represent Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube or any other social media site, and is not an affiliated company of these social networks.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from SMM-Tasty.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or charge-back against SMM-Tasty, SMM-Tasty will keep 50% of the disputed amount, while we gather evidence for our submission of the refund. Also SMM-Tasty reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from the smm-tasty.com website, if you file a dispute or charge-back against SMM-Tasty.
Orders placed on smm-tasty.com will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed, so please double check your order before your finish it. If an order is non deliverable within 5 days you will receive a refund credit to your smm-tasty.com account. If an order is non deliverable since more than 5 days and not automatically cancelled, please contact SMM-Tasty service team via ticket to have the order manually cancelled.
Privacy Policy

For order processing fulfillment SMM-Tasty works with external intermediaries all over the world. In the context of order processing, SMM-Tasty passes on the order data from you to them. Affected by this are exclusively the link to the publicly available profile on a social media site specified by the consumer, as well as the mandatory information required for the execution of the order (depending on the order, the desired number and type of subscribers, fans, followers, comments, likes, views etc.).
In the payment process to charge funds on smm-tasty.com you transfer your payment details directly to the payment processor. The gateways of the payment providers are not part of SMM-Tasty website so SMM-Tasty doesn't come in touch with your personal payment data during payment process. SMM-Tasty will only forward your account name and billing information to the payment processor.
You consent to the collection, processing and use of the data SMM-Tasty received from you. You have a right to information, to correction and deletion of your stored data on the webserver from smm-tasty.com.
